D200 Selects ‘Difference Makers’ Employees for 2025-2026

Toward the close of the school year, Woodstock Community Unit School District 200 recognizes outstanding employees in various disciplines from across the district.

The Difference Makers might be teachers, associates, paraprofessionals, or custodians, among others, who stand out in their respective school communities. On May 19, they were invited to a cookout and awards ceremony at Woodstock North High School.

Superintendent Mike Moan said these employees foster the culture that D200 strives to provide for its students and staff. Moan said there is no shortage of employees who make their schools places where students want to be, but these are employees who stood out during the 2025-2026 school year.

“One of the many great things about working with children and young adults is that everyone has an opportunity to make a difference every day. You never know when an action you take will make a difference in the life of a student. We’re proud to recognize these individuals who make those differences daily,” Moan said.
