Crosstown Challenge football game is Friday, Sept. 20

The Crosstown Challenge is a large fundraising effort between the Woodstock High School Backers Club and the Woodstock North High School Booster Club, as all profits are split evenly between the clubs. Ultimately all of the money goes back to help support student athletes from both schools.

This year’s Crosstown Challenge game will take place on Friday, September 20 at Woodstock High School. Tickets for the event are currently on sale. The tickets are being sold by all current fall athletes, and are also available at both high schools. Tickets for the event are $10, which includes entry to the game and a meal at the game. There is a limited number of tickets available.

The tailgate meal will start at 4:30 p.m. The sophomore game will begin at 5:00 p.m.; the varsity contest will start around 7:00 p.m. For more information, please contact the WNHS Athletic Department at 815-334-5700, or the WHS Athletic Department at 815-337-3030.
