Clay receives Ed Foundation grant

Clay Academy teacher Mary Stewart and certified occupational therapy assistant Stacy Keckaver were among those who received Impact Grants this year from the District 200 Education Foundation.  Stewart and Keckaver wrote a grant entitled “Zuma Rockers – Move to Learn” and received $400 to buy Zuma rocking chairs. The Woodstock Independent recently published a story about the benefits of flexible seating for students, including a photo of one of our Clay students.  Congratulations to Ms. Stewart and Ms. Keckaver, and thank you for all you do to support our students!
