Dress Warmly for Outdoor Weather

Please remind your children to dress warmly for outdoor activities! Several thin layers will keep them dry and warm.  Don't forget warm boots, gloves, and a hat. Students must have snowpants and snowboots in order to play in the snow during recess.

Please remember that District 200 policy states that children will go outside for recess unless the temperature or wind chill measures 0 degrees or lower, or during harsh rain or snowstorms.

Students must have a doctor's note to keep them inside.  Help your children stay warm by dressing them appropriately.  If you are in need of assistance, please contact the office.

Additional dry socks, mittens/gloves, hats, and sweatshirts may be kept in your child's locker to be used as necessary.
