Elementary Band

In the fall of each school year, 5th grade students have the opportunity to join their school’s band. By joining this program, students develop discipline, responsibility, and teamwork while also building creativity, problem-solving skills, and perseverance. Playing an instrument is fun and rewarding—it boosts self-confidence, strengthens memory and focus, and provides a positive outlet for self-expression. Beyond the music, students form lasting friendships, experience the pride of performing, and gain skills that support success both in and out of the classroom. The band program begins in 5th grade and continues throughout middle school and high school.
Registration for band begins in September.
