Chromebook & Laptop Replacement Information
Chromebooks and laptops have become critical tools for our students to demonstrate their learning. With the device comes responsibility for its safekeeping. We also know that accidents happen and because of that, we are offering an optional Chromebook/Laptop Replacement Program.
The program costs $30 per student. This is an optional, annual program that is open to all students. This plan will cover all damages to the device for a one time repair and replacement. In the event that you need to have your child’s device repaired or replaced, you will have the option of joining the program for a second time at a cost of an additional $30. If you are not a part of the program and your child’s Chromebook/Laptop is damaged, you will be required to pay the total cost for repairs or replacement (up to $400 per event).
In order to participate in the Chromebook/Laptop Replacement Program, please complete the form below and return the form and the $30 payment to your child’s school secretary.
If you prefer to pay by credit card, please go to the district’s website (www.woodstockschools.org) and in the Quick Links section of the homepage, click on “Online Payments.” Follow the online instructions to make your payment. If you have any questions about this program, please contact the building principal at your earliest convenience.
