Building Trades Home
District 200 proudly presents the 2025 D200 Building Trades Home
We're proud to present this beautiful home, built by the students of the District 200 Building Trades program. The program is a cooperative effort that includes students from both Woodstock High School & Woodstock North High School, under the direction of teacher Erich Parpart.
The Board of Education of Woodstock Community Unit School District 200 will accept, on the terms hereinafter set forth, sealed bids for the purchase of the property. Bids must be received at the address indicated in the bid document, no later than 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 3, 2025.
If, after the bid period has closed, the home has not been sold, then details about the local real estate listing will be posted here.
If you have questions about the home and/or the bidding or purchasing process, please contact Dr. Justin Smith, Assistant Superintendent for Middle & High School Education at 815-337-2153 or jusmith@wcusd200.org.
