District 200 is working with and following the recommendations and guidance of our county, state, and federal professional health organizations in preparation of dealing with the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We have continued to update our emergency plans and to take precautions to ensure student safety and the safe operations of our schools. We will continue to take our lead from professional health organizations as the situation remains fluid.

COVID-19 Symptom Self-Check Form
Parents are required to complete the form below prior to their children coming to school and/or boarding buses.
Upon boarding a bus, the student will hand the completed form to the bus driver. If parents answered "yes" to any of the questions, the student may not board the bus or come to school. Please contact your school’s attendance line to notify the school of your student’s absence.
