Fees & Payments
Parents will have the option to pay fees through the online registration system. The system accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Information is also included for parents to choose an alternate form of payment (check, cash, payment plan), or to apply for a fee waiver.
In addition, payment can be made via the ePay system (ePay accepts MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). For questions or assistance, contact the District 200 Business Office at (815) 338-8204. The ePay site is provided through the State of Illinois Treasurer’s Office.
Registration Fees for 2021-22
- Half-Day PreKindergarten: $110.00
- Kindergarten and Grades 1-5: $135.00
- Grades 6-8: $135.00
- Grades 9-12: $190.00

Additional fees may be charged in grades 6-12 for participation in certain co-curricular activities and are itemized on the Student Fee Schedule below. Fees are due at the time of registration. Checks should be made payable to Woodstock Community Unit School District 200.
Free & Reduced Meals
Free & Reduced meal information and applications are available on the Food Services website at: www.woodstockschools.org/food.
Fee Waiver Information for 2021-22
Fee waiver information and application forms are not made available to us until late summer (late July or early August).
