Welcome to District 200!
In D200, all kindergarten students attend the Verda Dierzen Early Learning Center. For all other grades, please contact the District Transportation Department at 815-338-4777. Using the address of your residence (or the residence you are considering, if you are moving to Woodstock), the Transportation Dept. will search the attendance boundary maps and confirm the correct school(s) for attendance for your child(ren).
Required documentation for first-time registration
- When enrolling their child(ren) in District 200 schools for the first time, parents must show three proofs of residency within District 200 from the examples below:
- Drivers license
- Home ownership title or deed (or signed closing statement)
- Apartment lease
- Utility bill (water, gas, electric)
- Automobile insurance
- Birth certificate – certified original copy (hospital copy not accepted).
- Physical exams are required for all students entering pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, grades 6, 9, and for any student entering District 200 from outside of Illinois.
- Dental examinations are required for students in kindergarten, second, sixth, and ninth grades.
- Proof of immunizations against communicable diseases is required by the Illinois Department of Public Health for all students entering pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, grades 6, 9, or 12, and for any student entering District 200 from outside of Illinois.
- Students entering kindergarten and those entering District 200 from outside of Illinois must have an eye exam completed by a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist.
- In some instances, additional documentation may be required.
Physical, dental and eye examination forms are due on the first day of school.
