Anyone who prefers to use a credit card instead of a check to pay registration fees may use the E-pay website.   To use this option, click here and follow the directions.  The E-Pay online payment service was created to give parents a choice of paying registration fees by credit card or by check.  For questions or assistance, contact Sherry in the District 200 Business Office at (815) 338-8204.  The site is provided through the State of Illinois Treasurer’s Office.

Registration Information 

District 200 extends a warm welcome to our students and families. To be eligible for admission to District 200, a child must be 5 years old and less than 21 years of age on or before September 1 of the current school term. A child with exceptional needs who qualifies for special education services is eligible for admission at 3 years of age. All students must register for school each year according to procedures set by the school administration.

To help the registration process flow quickly and smoothly, please read and follow all of the following instructions.

Required Documents

  1. When enrolling their child(ren) in District 200 schools for the first time, parents must show three proofs of residency within District 200 from the examples below:
    • Drivers license
    • Home ownership title or deed (or signed closing statement)
    • Apartment lease
    • Utility bill (water, gas, electric)
    • Automobile insurance
  2. Birth certificate – certified original copy (hospital copy not accepted).
  3. Physical examination – required for all students entering pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, sixth and ninth grades and for any student registering from outside of Illinois or outside of the country. Must be signed by an Illinois physician.
  4. Dental examination – required for students entering kindergarten, second and sixth grade and for all new out-of-state students .
  5. Proof of immunizations against communicable diseases as required by the Illinois Department of Health – required for students entering pre-kindergarten, kindergarten or first grade, sixth and ninth grade and for all new out-of-state students.
  6. Eye examinations are now required for for students entering kindergarten and for all new out of state students. Eye exams must be completed by a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist.
  7. In some instances, additional documentation may be required.

Registration Fees

District 200’s basic registration fees are:

Half-Day PreKindergarten and Kindergarten   $70.00
Full-Day Kindergarten and Grades 1-5   $103.00
Grades 6-8   $103.00
Grades 9-12   $143.00

Additional fees may be charged in grades 6-12 for participation in certain co-curricular activities and are itemized on the Student Fee Schedule below. Fees are due at the time of registration. Checks should be made payable to Woodstock Community Unit School District 200.

New students should register onsite at the school in their attendance area. See Elementary School Attendance Boundaries and Middle and High School Attendance Boundaries below to determine your correct school attendance center.

Current Students

There is no onsite registration for current District 200 students. Mail-in registration materials are sent to students’ homes. Completed materials must be returned to the school in order for the student to be enrolled for the next school year.
