District 200 uses a number of ways to keep the public informed about what’s happening in the school district . In addition to the district website, every school and department maintains its own website which contains information specific to their particular building or area.

e-Focus is the school district’s online newsletter, published each month and containing the latest news for D-200 schools, classrooms and the Board of Education. Anyone wishing to subscribe may do so by clicking the “Join Our Mailing List” link on the left sidebar of the newsletter.

News Releases containing information about accomplishments, events, important decisions and other newsworthy topics are sent regularly to all of the print and electronic media that cover District 200, including The Woodstock Independent, the Northwest Herald, Triblocal.com and Star 105.5FM.

Most of our schools also publish monthly parent newsletters designed to keep parents informed about what is going on in their child’s school. These are posted online under the News tab on the left sidebar of the individual school websites.
